In 1992 the “Голво” (Golvo) company created the DAAC-Invest Financial Company, an enterprise that became the first professional participant in the financial assets security market of the country. The DAAC-Hermes Company was established in 1994, soon enough it became one of the leading trading companies in the Moldavian domestic market. In the same year 1994, DAAC-Hermes established a privatization investment fund, and thus became the largest privatization institution in the Republic of Moldova.
1994 is considered the year of the foundation of the current modern Group, which includes to this day, more than 50 independent enterprises, united by one leader and a common development strategy.
Thus, from the very beginning the DAAC Group, portraying as a public company, took the leading positions in the Finance Security market, at the time that it still took its first steps, as well as leading by example in the process of the formation of private property in the Republic of Moldova.
In 2007, the DAAC Hermes investment fund was reorganized into the Production and Commercial oriented company DAAC Hermes group S.A.
We would like to think that some of our visitors of the site will highly appreciate the economic and social activity of the Group, while others will find opportunities for cooperation through direct contact and correspondence with the various structures of the DAAC group.
Every year, thanks to the application of modern management, DAAC Group achieves new economic performances, thus being one of the few moldovan companies with an annual turnover of more than 100 million euros.
A whole series of implemented projects are being developed, bringing earnings, while others projects are still in development stage, waiting for reliable partners.
